01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the 88phl website or mobile application, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 88phl platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 88phl complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

88phl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at 88phl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 88phl or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 88phl platform or any other gaming platform operated by our affiliates;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

88phl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on 88phl, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 88phl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 88phl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88phl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 88phl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

88phl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88phl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 88phl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 88phl account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 88phl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 88phl targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following successful verification; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer. 88phl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on 88phl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 88phl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

88phl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 88phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 88phl platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems are independently certified and audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are sourced from the respective game providers.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 88phl's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. 88phl is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors on the player's device or internet connection. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault on 88phl's side, the affected wager will be refunded to the player's account.

Specific rules for individual games — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, e-sports, and specialty games such as Ludo Quick, Wheel, Wild Bandito, Nine, and Pappu — are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88phl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or fraudulent payment details;
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform;
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider;
• Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 88phl staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88phl platform — including but not limited to the 88phl brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 88phl platform without our prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

88phl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

88phl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

88phl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

88phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• The account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to 88phl, other players, or third parties;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require such action.

Upon termination for cause, 88phl may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.

13 Amendments to These Terms

88phl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 88phl platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
